| Designed by John Browning for Winchester Repeating Arms, the Model 1887 was considered the first successful repeating shotgun. This lever action shotgun is available in two barrel lengths - 22" and 28" - both with color case hardened finish. Equipped with 5 shot magazines, these shotguns are fun and effective for use in the field as a hunting gun. In addition, we are offering a Fast Load version in 22" barrel, only, that has been factory modified to accept two rounds through the breech - an ideal characteristic for Cowboy Action Shooting. All three versions of the shotgun also employ a highly effective ejection system that removes spent rounds and rechambers a new, live round in a few seconds. |
