Title: Customer Service Representative

The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.


This position does have a SIGN-UP bonus of $500 if hired.

Position Type:

• Full Time
• Salaried employee working 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday

Essential Functions:

  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
  • Assist with data entry related to sales orders
  • Assist with answering all incoming calls

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Required Education and Experience:

High School graduate or GED equivalent at a minimum is required to include:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Customer service experience with independent sales force
